The performance of D-405 as an industrial ink has several major properties.
•The viscosity of an ink determines whether it can be evenly transferred and coated to the surface of the print during the printing process. Proper viscosity ensures clarity and uniformity of printing results.
•The fluidity of an ink is its ability to spread and transfer during the printing process. Ink needs to have a certain fluidity during printing to ensure a smooth printing process.
•Tinting power refers to the ability of the ink to form vibrant, saturated colors on the surface of the print. Inks with high tinting power can reduce the amount of ink used while achieving better color results.
